Our frozen delivery partner is Urgent Couriers. 

North Island orders are usually delivered on a Wednesday. South Island deliveries are usually delivered on a Thursday. Please note delivery on these days cannot be absolutely guaranteed. 

Please note that artisanal ice is a fragile product, while we take every precaution to ensure it arrives safely, unfortunately we cannot guarantee that there will be no breakages in transit.
