Crafting a delightful concoction involves a meticulous balance of quality ingredients, precise measurements, and flawless presentation. Yet, without top-tier ice, even the most finely-tuned creation can falter. At The Bar Society, our crystal clear, artisanal ice stands apart. Meticulously cut and crafted, our ice represents the highest quality, ensuring stunning clarity and a slow-melting experience. This exceptional ice becomes the cornerstone of exquisite drinks, enhancing their flavour profile and appearance.
Our cutting-edge ice machines, the Clinebells, are at the heart of our process. Infused with water purified through an extensive five-stage Carbon and UV filtration system, these machines employ directional freezing. This unique technique, maintaining constant motion, actively expels all air bubbles and impurities. Every 3-4 days, each machine produces a 140kg block of the purest, densest, and most transparent ice imaginable.
We sculpt these colossal blocks into rocks, cubes, and spears using precision ice saws and tools perfectly tailored for your Rocks and Collins glasses. Our commitment ensures each block retains its unparalleled clarity and consistency, delivering an exceptional experience every time.
