Our Meticulous Process:
At The Bar Society, precision and quality define our process. Our Ultra Purified water undergoes meticulous freezing in our Clinebell Ice machine over 3-4 days, resulting in colossal 140kg sculpture blocks. These blocks are then carefully tempered to prevent thermal shock and meticulously cut into manageable sections using specialised ice saws.
At the cutting station, precision is paramount. Industrial frozen food bandsaws are employed to ensure every cut is immaculate. From measured strips to signature cubes, rocks, and spears, each piece is meticulously inspected, ensuring consistent clarity and perfection.
Delivering Excellence:
Our cubes, rocks, and spears are meticulously reset and inspected for crystal-clear perfection before being expertly packed. Delivered across the North Island (South Island coming soon), they grace the glasses of bars, restaurants, and homes, impressing customers and elevating drink experiences.
