Conor (Director) comes from a background in hospitality, Working in some of the best Cocktail bars and fine-dining restaurants in New Zealand and Australia.
After ten years of honing his skills and competing in competitions, it came time to branch out of the bar and help lift the standard of drinking culture in New Zealand by creating The Bar Society, a premium ice company focused on setting a high standard of crystal-clear hand cut large format ice for Premium spirits, cocktails, and whisk(e)y. At the same time, passing on his knowledge and expertise to anyone who wants it.
